Ordered a fairly large order of pizza and appetizers for a crowd of children at our home in the early evening. UberEats driver delivers exactly 1 pizza. When asked where the rest of the order was, the drive said it’s all in the box… The driver walked off and left us to sort it out with UberEats help desk which was less than fair in compensation. Called Sal’s and they said they have the rest of the order there and the driver didn’t get everything. Being unable to leave the house with numerous toddlers and small children, Sal’s sent one of their own drivers over with the rest of the order, free of charge. Incredibly polite, professional, and committed to making this right, even when they did nothing wrong. We are very thankful for the help in feeding the hoard of children with the remainder of our order and couldn’t be more pleased in the quality of both food and service. Thanks again!

Today I ordered 3 Philly cheese steak subs no mayo. After opening them I found all of them with loads of mayo. Half a slice of tomato, no lettuce. I have ordered before and I can absolutely say this sals is going down hill. I am from NY and I can say your not even close to the taste and quality of their pizza or subs. I live 2 miles from your place and have ordered many times from spaghetti to stromboli to subs and each time it gets worse.

My friend and I decided to grab a bite to eat before catching a movie at Lynnhaven Mall. It was 7 and the movie started at 820. The dining room was empty and there was 1 man putting in a to-go order ahead of us. After the man paid and left, we stepped up to the counter and decided on what to order. We decided on an 18 inch pepperoni pizza. I gave the cashier the order and she said that they were not making pizzas. They were concentrating on making chicken tenders for training. If they're not making pizzas, they should change the name to Sal's Nuggetorium. We left immediately and went to Raising Cane's. They lost our patronage forever. I'd rather drive out to Military Highway before I go back the local nuggetorium.

This pizza is about as NY style as Los Angeles. I get everyone has bad days.. but come on. I've never ordered a New York pie that needed to go back into the oven. If you like thin crust pizza and have had it in the Northeast... do not go here. Thanks Sal's. You guys should just sell 'em frozen. P.s. Ordered Friday July 5th at 12:07 P.M... Paid $31.04 for that lukewarm, floppy garbage.. A week later I still miss my 31 dollars and 4 cents.
